'Room was clean, only some little things that were forgotten for example, we found a used glove on the lounge. The room was very big so definitely worth what I paid and would probably stay again. The area was a bit noisy from all the cars but it was very easy access to bus stops, the Main Street and the tram.'

'We had a wonderful view in our 2 bedroom ocean view room but were a little let down by some of the upkeep of the room. Showers had some mould, some surfaces needed repainting and the roof in the lounge was sagging above the windows. We also kept finding long black hair on the floor. It was good having a vacuum but this was also a little dirty. The rollaway offered was very uncomfortable so we didn’t use it. Springs were missing making it sag and the mattress was stained. The spa was also not...
