'It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. Flush is horrible. Hotel got a gas leak, couldn’t sleep and breath well. Therefore no hot water in the shower. All and all, the wors stay...

'Rooms were big and spacious. Clean, lots of towels. Front lobby has a weird smell but very beautiful furniture and lots of snacks and drinks to choose from.'

'The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late.'

'At first we had trouble checking in, Mark was kind and fixed it for us, but they never explained to us about the 300 deposit until we did the check in, they told us we were getting 150 deposit back and we still haven’t received it yet… The property was old and the elevators were a total mess… old and not totally clean to be honest…. The only good thing was it was well located….'
