'We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. '

'The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean....

' When I arrived no one was at front desk and receptionist didn't arrive until 10 min later from running an errand and noone seemed to be around to say she was out nor was there a sign to indicate will return soon. Room had bugs crawling in window seal, I was offered a new room further away. '
