'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The food was amazing with lots of gluten free and vegetarian options that cost a lot less than a lot of cafe's. The Victorian Suite was spacious, charming and had thick walls so I could play my guitar at night without disturbing anyone. The four-poster bed was very comfortable and I slept like a faery princess! '
