'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Loved our stay at Seaworld Resort. Perfect for families, so much for the kids to do. My son absolutely loved the water park, breakfast buffet and close proximity to Seaworld. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed and very friendly and helpful staff.'

'Travelled down to the coast to see a show. Arrived late afternoon for one night stay..so just needed bed for the night. Room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. On site cafe was good for coffee and a croissant before we were on our way. Being a weekend .. free roadside parking was a bonus'
