'Fabulous location in town location! It was much larger than we expected - 2 levels. Nice open layout on the main level with 2 BR/BA and a 3rd BR/BA on 2nd floor. Owners are very responsive before and during the trip. We could not connect to the TV, but owner quickly offered assistance. Bathrooms can use some towel racks and shelves. Beds/pillows were comfy! We were very happy with our stay.'

'The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. '

'A nice, clean, roomy place at a good price--gotta love that. The walk-out basement apartment was located in a compound of units on a quiet dead-end street. This unit is actually toward the back and I spent a little time searching for it. Once there, access to the key and apartment was no problem.The home was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and bedding. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Made a last minute decision to stop in Rock Hall to visit a family friend for a couple of days. So happy I did! The apartment was the perfect spot. Very clean, cozy and convenient. The host was exceptional. He stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well and nothing was needed. I am hoping to return again some day for more than just a couple of days. I highly recommend this place.'

'The location was very close to downtown Annapolis and many of the wonderful restaurants on West Street, including the Ram‘s Head Tavern. The mattress was very comfortable. The home was small but had everything anyone could possibly need. The communication with the property management company was excellent.We especially enjoyed the 2025 Army Navy game add M&T Stadium in Baltimore. It was a short trip to the light rail.'

'The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy...
