'We had a small bedroom with just one queensize bed. (We are quite large people so we slept bad) The next morning we asked the reception if there were any rooms with a bigger bed available. There was and we could go directly in the new room. We got the upgrade for free, so that was very pleasant! Breakfast is free, don’t expect to much from it. Very basic but ok.'

'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'We wanten to eat our selfbought diner and we could eat it in the lobby, it was no problem. Also we wanted a fan, that wasn’t a problem also. Our airco was broken and they moved us to another available room. Our toilet wasn’t flushing in the middle of the night and they sent Some-one rightaway. All the employees were very friendly and helpfull.'

'Excellent hotel, very convenient place with multiple subway stations within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Rooms were clean and kept clean during the week. No experience with the breakfast and dinner options because we would always eat somewhere else. Overall a very good pick for a citytrip.'

'Een gloednieuw hotel in Brooklyn. Op ongeveer 20 minuten afstand met de metro van downtown Manhattan. 'Everything was good. Staff was super friendly. Chinatown, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Pier 11 is a 3 min walk from hotel. You can catch the ferry there to go to Dumbo & Brooklyn bridge. Subway station to go to Times Square is a 5 min walk. Also many food options around the hotel. Would stay here again! '
