'The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip.'

'Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. 'Pros: Das Haus hatte eine für uns perfekte Lage in Es Molinar. Der Checkin/Checkout und die Kommunikation während der Miete war exzellent, Michela ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin und hat uns in allen Themen sehr gut unterstützt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas minimal, aber wir haben dann sogar noch weitere neue Gläser bekommen. Einfach fragen, es wird sich sofort gekümmert. Toller Service, wir waren sehr zufrieden. 'Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Dank an Matias, der uns gute Tipps gab und sehr freundlich ein- bzw. ausgecheckt...

'The place is ideally located near the Palma de Congress and the beach, within walking distance to the old town and is remarkably well appointed for a vacation stay. There is a supermarket across the road which is awesome. The checkin process was not particularly clear, and I personally object to paying extra for heating/aircon.'

'We had a very pleasant stay in this house, situated in a quiet neighborhood, only one street away from the sea and the boulevard. The house was furnished in an authentic way, with comfort everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we could prepare a our own dinner and have a lovely evening on the patio, under the lemontree.
