'When I arrived the code to my room didn’t work. It took 45 minutes for me to gain access to my room. Other guests I met in two other rooms had the same problem. The room is clean and small as pictured. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are thin and hard. There is nowhere to sit other than on the bed or the windowsill of the bay window. The shades of the bay windows were not functional, so they could not be pulled down. When I left a message requesting extra towels and a...

'The property is exactly as listed. The location is great (especially for going to Fenway)! I love the classic Boston charm of the area. It was perfect for our family-thank you!'

'There was a severe sewage smell.'

'We loved our stay! The apartment was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely meadow view and a peaceful setting on a quiet street. The location was terrific, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. We’ll definitely book this property again for our next trip to Boston!'

'The unit is spacious and very clean. Check-in was easy with clear instruction. The kitchen is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home :)'

'Talk about proximity and location, this spot is an easy walk to Fenway. We loved the walkability to Back Bay and the Fenway area. Communication was clear, easy, and responsive. Limited checkout tasks which made it helpful with an early morning flight. The place was clean but boy is it looking rough. There were lots of big carpet stains, and furniture stains. Thankfully the bed was clean but everything else felt a little questionable. I think that was due to the age and severe need for TLC. For...

'Very central, close to trains and restaurants. Highly recommend for larger groups. All 6 of us had our own bed and was comfortable. Great if you want to go to Fenway or downtown to see the sights.'

'Very conveniently located to various hospitals, including Brigham & Women's and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. There is a supermarket close by as well as several choices to eat out. It is even within a mile or so walk to Fenway Park. The apartment is as advertised, with a full size refrigerator, electric range and a stackable washer/drier. There is even off-street parking available (for an additional fee). The neighborhood is a quiet one!!!'

'As advertised, like new property in a nice part of town. Be advised you have to log into your own streaming service on the TV because there is no cable connection.'

'Everything was great about the place. Clean and private, all the rooms were exactly what we needed as well. It had a lot of old building charm with some nice renovations. The one singular issue was the provided parking space. It's so tucked away in the back of the building that most cars will have a ton of trouble getting in and out. The neighbors cars can also completely block you in or out. Luckily street parking was easy enough so we just used that the night before to ensure we could get out...

'Thanks for everything!Great location, having free parking in the Boston area is a huge bonus, very comfortable bed and overall a good stay. The host is very responsive to all requests.'
