By 10pm our room was still too warm to be comfortable. The AC was set to its lowest setting and not blowing cold. I went to the front desk and explained our issue and was told, it's just because it's been hot out and needs time to cool down. 'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
