'It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!'

'Excellent location close to baseball fields, restaurants and hiking trails. Owner was very responsive and place was comfortable and clean.'

'Great Condo in very walkable neighborhood.I enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and the Condo was well stocked with anything needed.'

'The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY.'
