'Het bed was opgemaakt maar met enkel een laken en een dun fleecedekentje, tevens leek het erop dat de strijkservice niet aan het werk was( lakens verkreukeld) waardoor het leek dat het bed al beslapen was.'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

We requested another room which wasn’t any better so we ended up checking out and getting another hotel. During this experience we also encountered another guest who was unsatisfied with their room.'
