Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge.'

'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'Room was clean. AC was efficient. staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was passable, a few choices. Gym was small and limited but got the job done. All the basics you’d expect from a Quality Inn, plus a great location right in downtown! '
