'What a lovely room and building. Really enjoyed this hotel. However, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very sketchy and clearly there is an issue with drug addiction in the area. I ate at the restaurant within the hotel and went to and from my car in the gated lot. I enjoyed many other towns in the Berkshires, but Pittsfield was not one of them. Wish this hotel was in a different city, as I would love to stay there again. '

'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'The Quality Inn in Great Barrington is a good value play. The room we had was clean; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable; and the heating was welcomed on this March day. Breakfast was a weak point, but the coffee was good and available throughout the day. And yes, I would stay there again. '

'What a beautiful, unique building. Full of antiques and feels like going back in time. The ride up to my fourth floor room in the 19th century cage elevator was a wonderful touch. Can’t wait to go back again. '
