'Our room was spotless and cozy. I was very pleased to be able to control the temperature as I like to sleep in a cool room. The shower and sink products are lovely -- especially the moisturizer for cold weather skin. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant -- beautiful decor, delicious cocktails, amazing food, everything we ordered was great!'

'A wonderful property with excellent amenities. The heated outdoor pool and sauna were clean and easily accessible. I travel with my small dog and my room was great. They actually upgraded me to a suite! I would stay here again without question. It is across the street from Mass MOCa, an extraordinary museum. Staff was courteous and helpful. '

'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great.'
