'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'

'Rooms were much nicer than expected. Despite the somewhat dated exterior and overall first impression from the outside, the rooms were solidly good, clean, and comfortable. Good value for the price.'

'I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before.'

'The Hotel is lovely, clean, and has a minimal but thoughtful aesthetic. The bathroom and bedroom are huge, and the restaurant connected to the hotel is charming. The only drawback is the location. The town center is dilapidated and rundown, with many closed storefronts. I hope the town of Pittsfield can elevate its downtown area to match the vibe of this charming hotel. '

'Very relaxing and extremely relaxing place '

'Beautiful and pleasant hotel close to several nice bars and restaurants. Only disadvantage are the early breakfast times (till 9 am). Breakfast was excellent though.'
