'Although this resort has clearly been remodeled it still feels like a dingy motel. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable, the bathroom had a strong smell of mildew and mold, the light fixtures/fans were noisy, the blinds hardly covered the windows so it always felt like someone could see inside. We actually left a day early for home because we’re just done with the place.'

'Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.'

'I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg! The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy—I slept great every night. 'The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect.'

'Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel .'

'The hotel was a very convenient stop for us! It wasn’t a whole lot to look at on the outside, but inside the rooms were very well maintained, and we had a view overlooking the river. Parking was very easy. The only drawback in the room was that we couldn’t use the balcony too much because the people below us were smoking, and it was not very pleasant.
