'Everything about this property was terrible. I don’t believe these reviews anymore. I did not receive the room I overpaid for. It was a downgrade. The smell in the room was terrible. The carpet was really dirty, very old and ripped in a few places. The shower did not work properly. I found people’s hair trapped inside of the pillows. Room was dark and depressing. There was not a single thing I liked about this property.'

'Great place to stay in Austin! Clean, nice people, relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the city center. '

'Very good stay. Warm welcome at the desk. Everything you would expect from an Holiday Inn Express. Were there for the US F1 GP: good location close to the shuttles or even the circuit itself'
