'Zeer net en mooi hotel, met zeer vriendelijk personeel!'

'Goed, groot, hotel, centraal gelegen naast Fishermans Warf. Wel gehorige kamers. Grootste pluspunt is het fantastische ontbijt. Soms moet je daar even op wachten. Onder het hotel is parkeergarage voor $62 per nacht.'

'Ik had een grote kamer met balkon. Dat betekend dat je oor ‘s nachts naast the vendingmachine ligt en naast de lift,….beiden zijn zeer luid omdat ze al wat ouder zijn! Personeel was wel behulpzaam.'

'I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night.'

'We were there for one night. When arrived we got upgraded to a king bed . When I spoke with staff and told them Expedia had indicated no Kong beds they indicated they had 6 beds. Milton upgraded us to the bottom floor with king bed and patio view. The room was good and spacious. They do have dinner options that you can pay for. We had a good stay and would come back again if we ever come to Oakland.'
