Another gentleman associated with the property lives on the 1st floor and the rental is the entire 2nd floor. He was very helpful with parking and other questions and if he had not mentioned it we would have not known he was there on the 1st floor. No issues with the setup. 'We two had an excellent stay at this charming and spacious property in Emeryville, minutes from the San Francisco Bay Bridge. The king size bed was comfortable, closet space plenty large. The living room and dining room had tasteful furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked. The jetted tub in the bathroom was a real plus. Everything to like and nothing to complain about.'
