We hadden ook elke dag een gratis shuttlebus naar het Colosseum en deze werd bestuurd door Federico hij heeft ons met heel veel zorg en veiligheid naar daar gereden en was altijd heel vriendelijk het was zeer leuk om hem te ontmoeten. We hebben een zeer goede ervaring gehad hier!'

'Through third-party an additional room was accidentally booked. We asked the hotel to correct this and they refused saying the third-party had to cancel and they could not. I’ve now heard back from Expedia, who has clearly said it is the hotel that has declined the refund. So they charged us for two rooms despite this being done in complete error. Insisted they had no control over it extremely disappointing to take an additional $800 from someone for a mistake that I am still trying to work out...
