'Was very conveniently located for the Pasadena Convention Center - an easy 5 minute drive away. Slight issues with the smoke alarm going off any time we wanted to cook. Host was easy to communicate with.'

'House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly...

'Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon...

'Overall the place was good. The house was super cute and a unique layout. However plenty of steps and stairs. The parking was frustrating, especially the first night when we were trying to unload, we were able to park in the alley behind and unload but then had to park quite a bit away and walk back. The neighborhood is not well kept and we had to watch where we stepped because of dog messes, however behind the gate for the house was better maintained. I would've liked to see a few less cobwebs...

'This is a great place. Perfect location for our visit. We had our little dog with us and didn’t worry at all as the yard is fully fenced. Well appointed and nicely decorated. With friends and family in the area, would totally book this property again. '

'Always a good stay - we've used this place several times in the past two years and it feels like a home away from home now. Plenty of street parking and a great park across the way to get a walk in. The neighborhood is great as well and fully walkable! Close to so much, especially the family we come in to see! Danny is super responsive as well.'

'Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!'

'Host was very communicative and helpful. Property was in a great location for visiting Universal. We stopped at Ralph's on the way to grab groceries. We did not have any issues parking in front of the home. Be prepared for a steep climb up the road to get to the property and also a steep climb up the stairs to the home. The home was comfortable overall; however, there is limited comfortable seating in the living room which made it hard for my family to enjoy watching a movie together while...

'Beautiful setting and apartment in very central location'

'The host was super kind and had great communication. The property was very clean and super cute. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood will definitely be booking again'

'Very comfortable, clean and inviting space. Was great to arrive after problems we had with our drive to area. We arrived several hours later than expected. Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita.'
