'This hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, so helpful and so nice. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a river view and it was beautiful. The bar in the hotel and on rooftop were great and Nicholas made the best drinks! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.'

'While we didn’t receive any perks, we liked this property for the location and the wonderful bed with Frette sheets.
The negative was the breakfast that was served at their Lobster Bar restaurant. Truly bad. Dry toast, no butter or jam, overcooked omelet and salad with no dressing. The coffee was very good though. '

'Nabil was great. The hotel itself was super clean and in a great location, a short walk away from the metro and shops.
Jacuzzi was closed (maybe due to rain or something not sure) so we were a bit disappointed but other than that the spa and sauna was such a fun time. We will 100% be back! '

'It is an outstanding hotel. Fabulous finishes, pristine, new rooms. Great location and very walkable. Good gym and skilled spa professionals. Overall - nearly flawless.
Two suggestions. First, change the red dirty carpet leading to the bar — it is the first thing people see about the hotel, and it is disappointing. Second, ask staff to pay a bit lore attention to restocking tea/coffee. It was not always done. '

'Excellent hotel! Very charming! The staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed the Rooftop Terrace! Melissa from Mama C restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing! Very convenient location and the valet service was excellent for parking! We will definitely return to this hotel! '

"Centraal gelegen, vlakbij de oude stad. Wel heel veel daklozen en verslaafden onderweg naar de oude stad. Goede parkeergarage hoewel in de bochten hier en daar krap voor grotere auto's. Zeker bij tegenliggers. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtruimte is erg druk "

"Appartement 2 chambres confortable et propre, équipé d’une kitchenette fonctionnelle mais devrait être rénové, le tapis plein au sol et sur les plaintes sont vraiment à changer, également dans les chambres.
Le papier peint est aussi très dépassé.
La salle de bain pourrait être rénovée également et disposer d’un pommeau de douche plus moderne.
La piscine était très agréable et chauffée.
Le petit déjeuner compris était bien varié et excellent.
