'The noise level is … terrible here. Although a secondary road, it’s used by 18 wheelers…. All night long. Our AC window unit was quite loud (a mixed blessing/deterrent) but not very productive in cooling the room. The sun rises at 5am… and you will know it because it BLASTS into the room with minimal light filtering. 'My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were in the area for the weekend for DMB's shows at SPAC- 30 min drive. Tina (owner/ host) was exceptional. She was extremely communicative. The property was clean and held its historic charm. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order. We felt safe with the security system in place. Off street parking provided. 'Only thing we enjoyed staying at the B&B was the warm breakfast, very much so. But for health reasons we cook our meals, requiring at least a kitchenette for us to stay at hotels for multiple nights during our trips. Very cleverly made hotel description, with photos depicting as if every room (labeled “deluxe”) had a kitchen, and customer reviews of 10/10, stupefied, if not deceived, us completely.
