'Everything about the Meadowlark Inn screams quaint, homey Upstate New York. From the old school rustic appearance to the awesome “backyard” amenities, this is truly a must visit place. Breakfast was simple but refreshing. Fresh local fruit, coffee and waffles with real local maple syrup made mornings a joy. Austin was a wonderful manager/waffle maker/consierge. We look forward to returning to this Inn in the near future.'

'We were on the ground floor. At night when we went to bed they need better curtains not thick enough to keep the flood lights from coming in the room all night. Very nice place to stay. room was being redone, but it was looking good of everything. They had done so far.'

'The room was large, comfortable and clean. This is a unique historic property and has been restored/maintained to the original condition, so don’t expect a Holiday Inn, but the rooms have all the modern conveniences. My bathroom was completely modern and most importantly, clean. I was there mostly at night and it seemed I had the whole place to myself, which was a little spooky, but there are many historical exhibits to explore that are open to explore even at night. A very unique experience...

'Perfect place to stay the night. You can hear the train passing by, but there are ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room. It didn't bother us at all, but it might other folks'
