'This property was beautiful! So cute for a small gathering if renting all three cabins. This was a solo visit and the peace and quiet was much appreciated! The thoughtful amenities were great! Would recommend that you bring a cooler with ice as there is only a small community fridge. But if your looking for some rest and relaxation and privacy this is the spot!'

'Everything was as described. House was clean and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location is close to grocery store and other stores, but tucked back out of the busy area. Beautiful location on the lake. We rented a boat for 3 days and we were able to leave it at the dock on the property. My adult kids loved being able to fish from the dock and relax on the water. Emily was great with information on places to eat and things to do. '

'Very nice property in a beautiful gated community. (And the owners are making even more landscaping improvements!) Everything as advertised, plus some nice extras (soaps, etc.). We me ade use of the full kitchen, laundry, gas grill, pool table, Chromecast, and we brought a kayak and launched off the pier for two tours of the lake. Definitely would book again.'

'Gastonia was a very beautiful place to stay. Easy access to a charming downtown and close to Charlotte. The property itself had some problems, so better prepared packers will avoid inconveniences, but the owner was accommodating for shortcomings. A good spot if you don't plan to spend all day at home.'

'This place is a gem!!! We highly recommend this paradise and I want to go back already! Helen and Junior put so much hard work and love into this place and you can feel it! It was really clean and you have really everything (and so much more!) you need! For rainy days maybe DVD’s or board games or puzzles… did I mention books?
