'On our last night before we were to head home, the AC stopped working. They were VERY quick to come and fix it. We had a good time talking with our host and her husband. This place will be recommended for sure! If we come back to Siesta Key, I will definitely reserve this cottage again! Thanks! '

Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. 'The house is so well decorated in mid-century modern decor and very charming. The location is wonderful. We sat on the back patio watching the sunset over the water while the bats flew overhead. 'Perfect for us. Easy walk to the village and beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, cooler, beach towels and bikes. We loved our stay and would 100% book again. 'To start Daniel's home was amazing. There was so much space for our family, the rooms and common area were clean and set up so nicely. We were thankful that he allowed us to have our pet with us and that there was a fenced yard. The pool was heated and beautiful the kids loved it so much. The location is perfect distance from the beach and all stores or eatery's in town. We will definitely be staying here again in the future for sure. '

'The property was as advertised. It’s close enough to one beach but a drive from the nicer options. The property is nice, the kids enjoyed the pool. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when we arrived but they sent a repairman immediately. Only minor annoyance was small biting black bugs around pool area at night. '

'We absolutely loved our stay! The home is huge and provided enough room for all of us, the pool was amazing along with the outside patio and grill area. We could sit and enjoy ourselves while the kids played in the pool! The house was clean and the beds were sooo comfy!
