'We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean updated studio in a perfect location in Croton. Maria was great host and communicated well during our trip.'

'Property is shabby overall. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work...

The only thing that would have made it better was a fully fenced yard so as long as you remember to bring leashes. We will definitely stay here again, '
