'Room was booked months in advance when I arrive to check in the wait time took forever and when I finally got to the room, I opened it and it had not even been clean from the last day then the representative said they were going to see if someone can clean it, which they said no one could, and then called the manager, who said they were all sold out, and there were no other rooms available at their other hotel either. I had to clean my entire room, stripped the bed wash the shower floors, sinks...

'I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant...

'The parking and location were nice. The rooms really need an update! The curtains were hanging off, the toilet was inches away from the tub, the roof above the shower had a hole, and the room had a smell! I had to go buy cleaning supplies to make it comfortable. I really wanted to leave, but my husband said it's okay for what we came for, which was fishing. But, if you want a room to relax, this isn't the place to stay!'

'It was a great overall stay only issue was the parking, the lot is not big enough for the rooms being reserved and bar / restaurant. Had to park on street even though they charge 10$ parking daily.
They did refund me for the days I had to park on the street.'

'Awesome spot, check in was a little slow, but the place is extremely well managed, breakfast is good, staff are great, pool is nice, and it was immaculately cleanly. While not beachfront, it’s close enough to the beach that a quick walk to it isn’t a logistical nightmare.'

'Clean room. Easy late night check in. Good breakfast (eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, bagels and muffins with plenty of food right up till the breakfast cut-off time. Helpful, courteous staff. Very polite & professional contract company upgraded the tv’s in time to watch the World Cup. Convenient location 1 block to the beach. Plenty of parking. There were lots of noisy guests but the room was pretty sound proof. Great price!'

'When you walk into the lobby we felt we’d walked into a bar with loud music blaring. The staff needs a little more training as we were told housekeeping comes daily. No there is a refresh not full cleaning.
When booking there was no mention of a daily $50.00 fee to be charged for incidentals, like valet parking which makes sense. Usually a cc is taken.'
