'This place was perfect! Mike was accommodating and welcoming and full of information about where to swim and eat which were our priorities! The outdoor showers might have been our favorite part. They were gorgeous! What a location! Would definitely go back and wished we’d spent more time there!'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano Forest Inn. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. The inn has a great location just outside the national park. We were able to stop at several places before they became busy. 'Great B&B! Owner had prompt communication and provided several helpful tips. Loved having an our own private Hale which was outfitted with all the essentials including comfortable King bed. Kitchenette had mini-fridge with freezer. toaster-oven & microwave, coffee & tea in the room plus custom ordered breakfast (egg sandwich, omelette, or waffles) that came with a delicious papaya fruit bowl delivered to the room. 'the Dragonfly Ranch is an awesome place, well decorated in alternative style, and very clean. I personally clicked very well with the people working there. They serve dinner and breakfast straight from the organic garden and have great cooks. The bed sheets are smooth and comfortable and one of the best snorkeling bays of the big island (two steps) is about a mile away. They also have snorkeling gear. It still feels like i made friends with the people working there. RECOMMENDED'
