While we were directed by the bellman to take a seat, she was on the phone, typing on her computer, and smiling and talking to any guest that came by with a question. 'Property is a great place and location, unfortunately they made changes that now include a per day parking charge, which was not published at the time the reservation was made. The parking is not anything spectacular as it is and we have stayed here many times before with no charges for this and really no improvements were noted at this time. Maybe this is not a great deal to many people but when you buy a package with everything paid up front, I expect no surprise charges like this. Shame on...
