'Check in was simple and the front desk clerk was excellent! She was alone handling everyone that came in. '

'I arrived to the hotel early and they allowed me to check in early—PURE AWESOMENESS!!! This was extremely helpful for me since I was in town just for one day to attend a funeral, and I was going to checkout at 5:00am the next day. This was EXTREMELY helpful to allow me to change into my suit and head straight to the funeral. Couldn’t plan my day any better, considering all that I’ve been going through. I won’t forget this!'

'Although there are NO proteins for breakfast (only waffle, toast, cereal) except yogurt, and there is an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT guard monitoring any food item that might leave to finish breakfast in your room (by the extra harsh and abusive behavior towards me by the very serious breakfast guard, it seems to be a criminal offense at this property. He actually would rather the food be thrown away instead of leave with you), the front desk people are very worm and friendly. The hotel is clean....
