'The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. '

The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. 'We stayed for a week with our small dog. Before arrival, Danny was extremely responsive with any questions and check in was a breeze. The cottage was very welcoming and decorated in charming nautical decor. The location is serene and private, with beautiful water views and plenty of outdoor space in the yard area. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The location was great too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in Montauk!'
