'The owner was an excellent communicator and answered immediately each time I had a question. Everything was as advertised, check in was easy. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach or to town. Lots of great restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. South Beach is a great place for kids and has magnificent sunsets! There are lots of great sporting activities for the whole family. This apartment was very comfortable with a big screen tv and well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds....

'I was impressed with the layout and the way it was decorated. The restaurant downstairs looked impressive, but we did not eat there. The loft was well equipped for our stay and even had a free washer and dryer for our use. My only wish was that there was a curtain over the bedroom window and not just blinds, and that the balcony door locked. The secure off-street parking was a plus.'

'This apartment was the perfect size for 2 people on a weekend getaway. I did not realize that it was going to be as small as it was, but it was great. The shower is a bit agressive on its spray, we definitely got powerwashed, haha. The cleaners need to clean inside the couch, but other than those things, the plae was great. '
