'Spacious suites and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and large. The gym is well equipped but would benefit from extended hours (closes at 10pm). Parking is free and the location is convenient to drive to various points in Ottawa. There is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take public transit. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Food Basics within walking distance as well. Breakfast is not included but there is an on site restaurant that is reasonably priced.'

'Overall the hotel was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the bathtub paint was peeling and the bathroom walls had paint marks on the wallpaper. Minor issues but made the room see more out of date. Could use some USB power outlets near the bedside.'

'Pas une grosse hôtel calme des fois les visiteurs passaient avec la cigarette a la bouche ( pas allumé) mais ceci ne paraît pas bien. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité ou vieux quelque fois désagréable surtout lorsque nous prenions l'ascenseur Sinon le personnel étaient très gentil, poli et agréable'
