'We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very nicely looking, the rooms were nice. We had some bugs in the room (bathroom) but this is understandable with the forest right around the corner. The pool & jacuzzi were nice, during our stay they were pretty empty so that was nice. My primary complain would be parking. There is parking near the hotel and I swear that Bull wasn’t guests. 'This hotel is very nice. On a quiet street, close to HWY, and restaurants within 2 minutes car ride. Approximately 10-15 minutes away from Tanger Outlets, Bayshore Shopping Centre. Beds are comfy and shower pressure is awesome. Did not use the pool but we did use the gym which is well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Good front desk service. They informed us that if we wanted to go to downtown Ottawa, we can use public transportation, so we took the bus and train. This was our kids' first experience getting on a train! Thanks to the front desk team! '
