'The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. '

He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. 'Petits détails pour le maintien de votre magnifique endroit : la porte principale ferme mal et plusieurs fois elle est restée grande ouverte parce que les clients n'y portent pas attention. Des stores qui bloquent mieux la clarté et de plus longs oreillers seraient aussi appréciés. Sinon, tout est parfait!'
