'El personal en el área de desayuno fue muy atento y amigable, pero el personal del front desk nada que ver fueron muy rudos. El área del Pool no habían toallas disponibles, ni papel en los baños, necesitan tener atención en esas áreas. La estadía 3 estrellas, pueden mejorar esas áreas.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Grand Rapids. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was better than average, with a nice variety of options. The rate was very reasonable, and the location is convenient to a wide range of local attractions and sights. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The room was very clean and huge! The showerhead and drain could use some updating. Was sad that they stopped serving hot breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast went until 9am. However, there were plenty of options to eat. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay again!'
