Strandhotels in West Side

'So nice to stay in this historic hotel, which could be considered an attraction on it's own. We were amazed how clean everything was given the property's age. The location is great too, as the sun is always shining in Waimea (which can absolutely not be said from other places on the island). Some minor comments: the kitchen appliances need an update (let's say they were acceptable in the eighties). '

'Had a nice stay for a long weekend. Talked story with the owners and got some suggestions on where to go. Most of the time we were really busy bc of a volleyball tournament. Having the a/c in one of the bedrooms was very much needed as it was hot and muggy. Ceiling fans helped a lot too. The owner’s dog came to visit a few times while we stayed.
