'There was a computer problem when I checked in. Room cards for entry were not available. I want to complement Marie who was behind the front desk. She brewed fresh coffee and offered to escort us individually to our rooms and let us in. She later came to each room to provide people with their key card.'

'According to the listing, it stated that they had a pool table and a swimming pool. They do not have any pool table and the swimming pool is out of service for the next several months. I wish I knew that before I made the reservation.'
