'This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!'

The bedroom had black-out curtains, the HVAC system kept the temperature perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet, so we were able to leave them alone in the bedroom while we attended our planned event. 'Everything in the apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable and well appointed. Modern appliances and a great mattress in the bedroom (which isn’t the case in every rental). And the location is terrific, right across from a pleasant restaurant and an easy couple minute walk to Williams, shops, and other restaurants. '

'We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. This place is the former.We were lucky enough to be there when the summer weather wasn't hot. As such were happy to not feel the need to run the AC. Unfortunatley our neighbors were loud and we...
