'We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. 'Though small, the apartment was efficient, clean, and well stocked in paper type supplies. The kitchen was also efficient though lacking in some basic utensils. They say location, location, location. And, yes, the location is excellent. An easy, short, and nice walk into town . 8'

'This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!'

'Honestly, it was the filthiest place I have ever booked in my life. My son had dirt embedded on the knees and feet of his pajamas from playing on the floor. There was dust on the stools. Pasta caked onto the already stained and filthy carpet. I swept up popcorn, Doritos, pennies, and lots of dirt. The closet in the bedroom and it's linens smelled musty. Dirt and marks all over the walls, dead flies, and cobwebs in the living room window, broken tiles lifting in the kitchen area, drain plugs...
