'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Front Desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us get our rooms coordinated so i could be next to my family. My daughter was not aware she had lost her credit card. They couldn't contact her so , @ 3A somehow they figured out who I was and called me to come retrieve it. Above all Adam at guest services went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 🙃I would highly recommend them'

'We asked to check in early because we had been travelling all day. They obliged but charged $50. Our room was perfect for us. Basically a full kitchen, perfect sized bathroom and a very comfortable bed (we had the studio apt. I believe). The place was immaculate. The air conditioner worked great. The front desk crew answered all our questions and we were just steps away from the River Walk and about a block away from the Alamo. VooDoo Donuts is right next door. There were plenty of things to do...
