'Rooms are comfy and clean. There is clearly a good work culture here because everyone is extremely professional & friendly. The space downstairs is really nice with plenty of space to spread out and hang out, or just set up & do some work.'

'The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I had a delivery sent to me prior to my arrival and the staff had it put away until my arrival and had it delivered to my room. Outstanding service!!!'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...
