'Cute little renovated home VERY close to UNCSA, which is what I wanted. House is comfortable and well- appointed. It IS a college town, close to campus, so there were predictably some parties going on on the block , but nothing too distracting. I’ll stay here again. It’s an EXCELLENT value'
