'We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!'

The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit.
