'This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. (I requested a new one from the front counter, and the guy gave me one that looked almost new, but that's not the point.) The coating on our tub was also clearly coming off.
