'Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. '

'I stayed in the apartment for 10 days. On the 3rd day I asked my room to be clean and nobody showed up, 4th I went down again none showed up. On the 5th day I had to tell I will report them online before someone came to clean. Since then I didn’t wanted to go and request anything and it’s the 9th day, the day before I leave some show up to clean. 'Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Kayleeway apartment. Good communication before check-in and well arranged during check-in. Very neat and clean apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a luxurious kitchen. Complex had a 24/7 security guard who let you into the complex. Parking bays were small but it was comfortable to park to car within the guarded premises om the complex. Complex was located on walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. 'Most of the time we were working so did not get to stay in the flat very long to enjoy the beautiful view, but it was excellent place to stay. We walked to the Bellagio the first evening and it was also very nice place to eat. The coffee place on the ground floor was also fine and probably the proximity of coffee is important to some guests. We don't know about the parking or the shops nearby because we didn't use them but the check in by SRoberts was handled very deftly. He was very nice.....
