'VIP status with Expedia didn't get us any upfrade or champagne, nothing. I showed her email and she just ignored it. It was sufficient for a fairly new opened resort. Not everything was opened. Breakfast buffet was small compared to other resorts but it fed us. Portions at restaurants are very small but we didn't go hungry. I wish the room service was offered later than times offered because ypu do get hungry after 11 pm. Some staffs were excellent, some definitely needs training on customer...

'Amazing resorts in terms of value. We had the honour to spent two full weeks over here and enjoyed every second of it. Great and professional staff (especially bartender Daniella killed it for us!!), great dining options, great food en drinks quality, large and modern rooms, and above all very luxurious. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and we liked that we had the choice for the more quiet version. All in all, we give it a 10/10, and we would definitely be coming back!"
