'Very easy to access and park using the property parking option. Instructions were very clear and the host was helpful and responsive.'

'GREAT location in downtown Philly, close to University City, walking distance from many attractions and the train station. Grocery stores an easy couple of blocks as well as numerous restaurants. Well appointed kitchen - we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 5 with the equipment provided. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive, answered the few questions we had promptly and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book again. '

'The apartment was nice we had a hard time getting in with the key pad, the heat nor the WiFi wasn’t working and we had one spoon and two butter knives and no dish soap to wash the dishes.. '

'It was cool. Eateries are close. City Hall was a few blocks away. The Reading Terminal Market was literally just a 14 minute walk and there's a gym, supermarket,and even a 7-11 that's not that far walking distance either. And heat in the apartment was good too.'

'Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....
