'We've stayed here multiple times and we were never dissapointed. We always see the same staff at the check in desk and it makes us think that the management is doing a great job taking care of their employees. We'll be back for sure! The decoration during Christmas is absolutely amazing!'

'Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.'

'Wonderful property! Loved the saltwater tank and the beautiful courtyard. Our room was very nice and really clean. The entire hotel smelled very clean. The only complaints I would have is not having a complimentary breakfast, and some areas the carpet was lifting and wrinkling and creates a trip hazard. '

"Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel.
Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast.
Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld.
