'Everything was very clean staff was nice. Place could use updating but was a great stay'

'Our room was located on second floor facing Canada. The view of downtown at night was really nice. One of the closest hotels to the falls. Out the front door and across the street was the park with sidewalks leading down to the falls. Onsite dining made dinner and breakfast really nice and both were amazing. This place just isn’t a room. It’s a memory. From the minute you step inside to check in, it’s like you have stepped by in time. A place to relax and stay even if the falls were not there.'

'Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels. Instead of just going out to get soap for the guest, also lends the question if the staff are washing their hands if there’s no soap for the public? 'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '
